For example, should a Secabo cutting plotter or heat press have hardware failure, our Express Exchange Service will replace the faulty hardware within 24 hours, so that you can continue working as soon as possible and without complications.

There are two warrantyPLUS options available. A 12 month and 24 month contract are available. The start of the contract is from the moment warrantyPLUS is purchased, which means that the warrantyPLUS can be purchased after the purchase of a Secabo cutting plotter or heat press, as long as no damage to the device exists.

The purchase of a warrantyPLUS 12 month contract is possible within 24 months from date of purchase of a Secabo device. This warrantyPLUS can be extended by another 12 month warrantyPLUS contract for your Secabo device. A total contract period of 36 months is available if the warrantyPLUS is purchased within 12 months from date of purchase.

The 24 month warrantyPlus contract is only available during the first 12 months after purchase

Exclusion from the benefits coverage: Force majeure, theft, deliberate manipulation, abrasive wear and tear or misuse. The replaced and damaged device becomes the property of the contractor (Secabo authorised Dealer). A reverse transaction must take place within 5 working days. For a smooth delivery process, all original packaging must be kept.
